Heptapod Digitalus

It’s been strangely quiet on the Genetic Fractal blogs but not for lack of activity on planet genetic fractal. I’ve been doing courses in machine learning and will be posting about fractal neural networks on www.geneticfractals.org shortly. I’m also doing some very profound work on quantum computer programming that I can’t wait to share but I need write a paper first…

So, in the meantime, enjoy my rendering of the Heptapod Digitalus. Generated by the same algorithm as the other images here but converted for 3D printing and printed @home on my new Creality CR-10 mini. My wife tends to like the genetic fractals I produce but this one provoked a sense of disgust. As an artist, I’m quite happy with that response.

Enjoy. I intend to paint this one over Christmas and perhaps make a few others.
